After two weeks of no running, I am back at it this week. I ran a mile yesterday and a mile today. I am feeling it a little bit this afternoon. Which is good, I suppose.
I could have kept running today but decided to continue to play it safe and move forward slowly. Maybe next week, I'll move up to a mile and a half.
So far I've run three miles total. Yeah, I got a lot more work to do this year.
